Process of Sand Production Line:

The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to sand-making machine through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.

Sizes of final products will be according to our customers' requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.]

Sand maker Working Principle:

1.Center Feeding:

Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then enters impeller through central entrance hole. It is accelerated in high-speed impeller, then is thrown out at speed of 60-75m/s. When hitting impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.

2. Ring Feeding:

Raw material falls down into feed hopper, then through ring, it is divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One enters into impeller through the center of material-dividing plate. The other falls down from outside of material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by impeller at speed of 60-75m/s, hits material coming down from outside of material-dividing plate. In this way, material is crushed.
