The impact crusher is the new developed impact crusher in our company. We work together with advanced domestic/ foreign R&D department after researching the gravel industry and mining conditions in China. It adopts the latest manufacturing techniques and unique structural design. The finished products are cubes, which are nice granular shape and without tension crack. This kind of crusher can be used as the class II crushing plant or fine crushing plant for gravel production line. Impact crusher is mainly made of chassis, rotor, impact rack and motor, etc. The rotor has a greater rotational inertia with low power consumption. It uses high chrome blow bar (Mn13, Cr2) which is shock resistance and wear resistance. By this way it extends the using life of wearing parts effectively. Impact crusher is the ordinary impact crusher. At this moment, our company had manufactured a kind of Euro impact rusher, which is much easier to operate and better performance.


1.Large feed size and high crushing chamber are suitable to crush hard and big materials;

2.Space between impact plates and hammers can be adjusted conveniently, so the shape and size of final product can be controlled;

3.New type of abrasion-proof materials are used, so life of hammers, impact plates and lining plates is much longer;

4.High chromium hammer and unique lining plate are suitable to crush hard stones efficiently.


It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical industry, refractory, ceramics, highway, water conservancy project, building stone, and mechanism of sanding processing and so on.

Working Principles:

The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the material will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed, then discharge from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor rack, we can change the finished material size and their shape.
