Coal mining project in Nigeria:

this coal mining project, located in the Nigeria, is usually an open cut truck and shovel coal-mining operation. the coal is of high volatile bituminous rank having an average in-situ ash of 12%, total sulphur of 1.05%, a calorific valuation on 6,085kcal/kg (air-dried basis) having an average in situ total moisture of 14%. the coal is usually lustrous with occasional bright bands.

Working Priciple:

To use the ball coal mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours. Obviously, the longer the ball coal mill runs, the smaller the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the ground material is, and how long the ball coal mill runs.
